I, Hon. Ishaya David Lalu, Member representing Mangu/Bokkos Federal Constituency, wish to extend my warmest congratulations to Dr. Ephraim Dankyes on his well-deserved appointment as the Director General of the Plateau Council of Arts and Culture.

This appointment, made by His Excellency, Barr. Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, the Executive Governor of Plateau State, is a testament to Dr. Dankyes’ exceptional leadership qualities, expertise, and dedication to the promotion of arts and culture in Plateau State.
