The Male and Human Foundation (MHF) recently hosted Northern Nigeria's largest Boy Child Conference in Jos, Plateau State, marking the International Day of the Boy Child. Over 200 boys attended this transformative event, which aimed to spotlight challenges facing boys and advocate for greater investment in their development and wellbeing.
The conference held at the NBTT Hall Jos, featured insightful talks from renowned professionals in various fields, including:

The event also included lively musical performances from Freeman Fanatic and Heavenly Dawap, a poetry performance from Younglan Talyoung and gift donations, such as copies of the motivational book "Becoming Him" by Dr. Hankuri Gaya, toiletries, clothes and shoes. It also featured a survivor story on the trials of boyhood experienced and how it was overcome by Gideon King.
This year's conference was the fifth edition of the annual celebration, which seeks to promote balanced child development and address the often-overlooked needs of boy children.
