[POLITICS] ANOTHER APC PRIMARY ELECTION DECLARED INCONCLUSIVE! || BASSA/JOS NORTH OF PLATEAU STATE ||

The All Progressive Congress,( APC), primary election conducted on Tuesday, has been declared inconclusive by the Independent Electoral Commission, INEC, after the two strongest contestants Hon. Abbey Joseph Aku and Hon.Suleiman Kwande both scored 334 votes each .

The Chairman Electoral Panel for the APC primary in Plateau State, Rt.Hon. Habu Sajo told the delegates that the exercise was inconclusive because two candidates scored the same results and based on the INEC guidelines, they would be communicated by the headquarters on the next action. The Election ended in a deadlock as Hon . Abbey Aku scores 334 and Suleiman Kwande scored 334, Hon. Abbey Aku earlier was declared the winner of the just-concluded Congress for the Jos North /Bassa Federal Constituency bye-election with 366 votes to 340 votes to beat his closest contestant Hon. Suleiman Kwande. The keenly contested primary was between Hon.Suleiman Kwande ,Hon Lumumba Adah Adeh ,Dr Adamu Aliyu ,Hon Abbey Aku at the Lamonde Hotel.
