Light is one of the most universal and fundamental symbols. It is spiritual and divine, it is illumination and intelligence. Throughout scriptures, light is used to symbolize God, goodness, knowledge, wisdom, grace, hope, and God's revelation. Light is the source of goodness and the ultimate reality. Light is Life. The Light of God can make a man's face shine bright even after facing diverse challenges in life because when God says let there be light, it is a command, and everything answers to His voice. The emphasis is on Gen 1:3 and other scriptures as quoted below: Micah 7:8 Do not gloat over me, my enemy! Though I have fallen, I will rise. Though I sit in darkness, the LORD will be my light. John 1:5 The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.

Psalms 27:1 The LORD is my light and my salvation— whom shall I fear? The LORD is the stronghold of my life— of whom shall I be afraid? 1Peter 2:9 But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.
