The essence of retirement in public service is to show there is seasons for everything in Life. A day is coming when every staff will bow out from service.

God always use us as instrument to advance the cause of humanity. Leaders should strive to always do things aright when they have the opportunity to do so.

A heart that has no love does not celebrate and does not rejoice. Today we have every reason to rejoice with the celebrant.

As a distinguished servant of God who was born and call by God, I urge you to be strong and be thankful to God for finishing well, most people would want to be in his shoes but they may not be very lucky and fortunate like him to see this day.
